Technical SEO audit: everything stopping your site from being found, in priority order.
A fixed price, fixed scope audit of your site by the people who ship the fixes for a living. We crawl it, test it on real devices, read what Google has indexed, and come back in ten working days with a written report and a prioritised list: what is wrong, where, why it matters, how hard it is to fix, and who should fix it. You can hand the list to us, your developer, or another agency. Canadian owned, and we work with clients anywhere.
You've probably got one of these problems.
Traffic dropped and nobody can say why.
A migration, a redesign, a plugin update. Something changed and the rankings went with it. You need someone to find the cause, not a tool that lists 400 warnings.
You are about to spend on content or ads and the site might not be ready.
Before you pay for traffic, you want to know the pages load, index, and say what they should. An audit is the cheapest insurance on the list.
You want a second opinion on your agency.
A monthly report says everything is fine. You would like an independent read on what is actually happening under the hood.
What our technical SEO audit delivers: a fix list, not a warning list.
Free tools produce hundreds of warnings with no sense of which ones matter. Our report is the opposite: a short list of findings, each with what is wrong, the exact URLs affected, why it matters for your site specifically, a severity, an effort estimate, who should fix it, and how to verify it is fixed. The first page of the report is the five things we would do this month if it were our site.
Every finding is written by someone who has shipped the fix before, on our own products and on client sites like MyCRC, where the audit turned into a full rebuild because the platform itself was the problem. When the honest answer is that the site needs more than an audit, we say so on page one.
- Findings ranked by impact and effort, with a recommended order
- Exact URLs for every issue, not a template count
- A speed budget per page template, measured on real devices
- The structured data each template should carry, written out
- Title and description rewrites for the pages that matter
- A one hour walkthrough with the people who wrote it, recorded if you want

How we run the SEO audit: crawl, measure, read the index, then argue about priority.
We run our own crawler and a commercial one against the whole site, pull Search Console and analytics history, test the key templates on real phones on a slow connection, validate every piece of structured data, and read what Google has indexed rather than trusting the sitemap. Then the two of us go through the findings and argue about what would actually move traffic and revenue for this site, which is the part a tool cannot do.
If your site is in English and French we audit both, including hreflang and the language switch. If you sell across Canada and the United States we check the geographic signals. If you already have an agency, we will read their last three reports first so ours does not repeat them.
- Two crawlers, Search Console, GA4, real device testing, structured data validation
- Every template checked, every URL counted, the important ones read by a person
- English and French, hreflang and language switching, when it applies
- Redirect and migration history reviewed when traffic has dropped
After the audit: three ways to use the fix list.
Most clients ask us to ship the fixes, which we do as a fixed price piece of work or as the first month of an SEO retainer. Some hand the list to their own developer, and the report is written so that works: each finding says exactly what to change and how to check it. A few use it as a second opinion on an agency they already pay, and we are fine with that. The report is yours either way, and the audit price comes off the first month if you continue with us.
How the technical SEO audit runs: ten working days, start to walkthrough.
Fixed price, agreed before we start. You get read access to everything we find as we find it.
Search Console, analytics and CMS read access, a list of the pages that matter most to you, and any history we should know about.
Both crawlers, real device tests, structured data validation, index review, link and redirect history.
Findings written up with URLs, severity, effort and owner, then ranked by what moves traffic and revenue.
A one hour call through the report, the five things to do first, and a written quote if you want us to do them.

What does a technical SEO audit include?
Seven sections: crawl and indexing, speed and Core Web Vitals, on-page elements, structured data, content gaps, links and authority, and readiness for AI answers. Every finding comes with the affected URLs, a severity, an effort estimate, who should fix it and how to verify the fix. It ends with a ranked list and a one hour walkthrough.
How long does an SEO audit take?
Ten working days from the day we get access to the day we walk you through the report. Very large sites, or sites in two languages with a lot of history, can take longer, and we will say so when we quote.
How much does an SEO audit cost?
It is a fixed price, quoted before we start, based on the size of the site and how many templates and languages it has. Because the price is fixed and the scope is written down, there are no surprises. If you go on to have us ship the fixes, the audit price comes off the first month.
How is this different from a free SEO audit tool?
A tool lists every warning it can detect and leaves you to guess which ones matter. We read the site, test it on real devices, look at what Google has actually indexed, and rank the findings for your site specifically. The output is a list of things to do in order, written by people who have done them.
What do you need from us?
Read access to Search Console and your analytics, a login to the CMS or repository so we can see how pages are built, and a short conversation about which pages matter most and anything that has changed recently. We sign an NDA if you want one.
Will you fix what you find?
Yes, if you want us to. The walkthrough comes with a fixed price quote to ship the fixes, or they can be the first month of an SEO retainer. You can also hand the list to your own developer. It is written to work either way.
Does it work for WordPress, Shopify or Webflow sites?
Yes. The audit is about what the site does in a browser and in Google's index, not how it was built. The fix list will say what is possible on your platform and where the platform itself is the constraint.
Can I give the report to another agency?
Yes. The report is yours. Some clients commission it specifically as a second opinion on the agency they already have, and we write it so anyone competent can act on it.
How often should a site be audited?
Once properly, then after any big change: a migration, a redesign, a platform move, or a traffic drop you cannot explain. Sites we run on a retainer get a lighter check every quarter as part of the work.
