Google Ads management: paid search that pays back, tied to the page it lands on.
Google Ads is the fastest way to find out whether people will buy what you sell. It is also the fastest way to spend a budget on clicks that never convert. We run campaigns the way we run them for our own products and for MyCRC: the ad, the landing page and the funnel behind it managed as one thing, measured in cost per customer rather than cost per click. Month to month, in your own ad account. Canadian owned, and we work with clients anywhere.
You've probably got one of these problems.
You are paying for clicks and cannot tell what they turn into.
The dashboard shows impressions and clicks. Nobody can say how many became customers or what each one cost.
The campaign used to pay back and now it does not.
Cost per click crept up, competitors arrived, and the landing page has not changed since launch.
You are launching and need customers before search kicks in.
SEO takes months. Ads take days, and they tell you within a week which messages and offers people actually respond to.
What our Google Ads management covers: the ad, the page and the funnel, managed as one thing.
Most ad management stops at the click. Ours does not, because the click is the cheap part. We set up conversion tracking that follows a person from the ad to the lead or the payment, build or fix the landing page they arrive on, and then run the campaign against a cost per customer target rather than a click target. When the page is the problem, we fix the page. When the offer is the problem, we say so.
On MyCRC the campaigns had slid into loss. Rebuilding the funnel restored their profitability, and within weeks the product was clearing $3,000 in operating profit on single days while the campaign was still capped by budget. That is what happens when the page and the ads are worked on together.
- Account structure built around what people search, not around your product categories
- Search first. Performance Max, Shopping or YouTube only where the numbers justify them
- Conversion tracking that follows the lead through to the sale, with offline conversions imported when the sale closes elsewhere
- Landing pages built or fixed by us, in your codebase
- Search term reviews, negatives and bid changes every week
- Reporting in cost per lead, cost per customer and return on ad spend

What a Google Ads lead costs, and why the page matters more than the bid.
Set a budget, a cost per click and a landing page conversion rate. Then see what happens to the cost of every lead when the page converts better.
When Google Ads are the right lever: learning fast, and demand that already exists.
Paid search works when people already type what you sell. A criminal record check, a tenant screening report, a landscaper in Vancouver. It works less well for a product nobody knows to search for yet, where the money is better spent on the product and on the content that will teach the market. We will tell you which one you are before you spend a dollar.
It is also the fastest research you can buy. A week of search ads tells you which words people use, which offer they click, and what a lead costs, all of which feeds straight back into SEO and the conversion work on the page.

Your Google Ads account is yours: your data, your history.
We work inside your Google Ads account, not an agency account that holds your history hostage. Google bills your card directly, our fee is separate and visible, and if we part ways you keep every campaign, every conversion and every lesson. Canadian dollars, Canadian tax handled, and campaigns targeted at the provinces or states you actually serve.
How Google Ads management runs: set up, launch, tighten, decide.
Month to month. The first month ends with a cost per lead we both believe, and every month after ends with a decision.
Review the existing account or build a new one: structure, tracking, negatives, the landing page, and a cost per lead target.
Search campaigns live, conversions verified end to end, first search term review.
Weekly bid, keyword and page changes. Add channels only when search is paying.
Cost per lead, cost per customer and return on spend, and whether to grow the budget, hold it, or stop.

Do Google Ads actually work?
When people already search for what you sell, yes, and quickly. When they do not, no amount of bidding will fix it. The first thing we do is check the search demand for your offer and tell you which case you are in. We would rather turn down the work than run ads that cannot pay.
How much do Google Ads cost?
You pay Google per click, and the price depends on what you sell. Many industries sit between one and ten dollars a click. Legal, finance and insurance run far higher. A budget should buy enough clicks to learn something, which usually means at least a hundred clicks a week. We will work the number out with you before anything launches.
What does management cost?
A monthly fee, fixed and quoted in Canadian dollars, separate from what you pay Google. It is scoped to the size of the account and how much page work it needs. Month to month with a short notice period, and you keep the account either way.
Is there a minimum ad budget?
Not a fixed one, but there is a practical floor. If the budget cannot buy enough clicks to tell a good landing page from a bad one within a month, we will say so and suggest what to do instead.
How long until we see results?
Data within days. A campaign that has settled at a cost per lead we both believe usually takes four to eight weeks, because search terms, bids and the landing page all need a few rounds of changes.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. We work inside your account with our own login, Google bills you directly, and nothing we build is tied to an agency account. If we part ways you lose nothing but us.
Do you build the landing pages?
Yes, in your codebase, and it is usually the first thing we touch. A better page lowers the cost of every lead the ads ever bring, which is a bigger lever than any bid change.
Do you run Meta, LinkedIn or Microsoft ads?
Search first, because it catches people who already want the thing. Microsoft Ads is a cheap extension of the same campaigns and we add it when search is paying. Meta and LinkedIn work for some audiences and not others, and we will tell you which yours is rather than sell you a channel.
How do you report?
Monthly, in the numbers that matter: cost per lead, cost per customer and return on ad spend, with clicks and impressions as supporting detail. You see the account itself at any time, and we walk through the report on a call.
More of what we do.
Tell us what you're trying to build.
Thirty minutes, no deck, no pitch. We'll tell you what we'd do, roughly what it takes, and whether we're the right people for it. Sometimes the answer is no and that's a useful call too.
